appmodic Invite dijital bir üründür: ödeme onaylanınca davetiyen hemen yayına girer. Bu yüzden fikir değişikliği nedeniyle iade yapılmaz. Ödemeden önce davetiyenin tamamını ücretsiz tasarlayıp önizleyebilirsin; ödeme ekranından önce bunu onaylarsın.

İade yapılan tek durum: teknik sorun

Bizden kaynaklanan bir sorun yüzünden davetiyen çalışmazsa (ör. ödeme alındığı hâlde yayına girmezse, link açılmazsa, davetliler katılım formunu gönderemezse) bize yaz. Sorunu bildirdiğin günden sonraki iş günü içinde ya da etkinlik tarihinden önce (hangisi önce gelirse) düzeltemezsek ödediğin tutarın tamamını iade ederiz.

Nasıl bildirirsin

Bize adresinden sipariş e-postanla yaz; davetiye linkini ve sorunu kısaca anlat, varsa ekran görüntüsü ekle. İade, ödemeyi yaptığın karta Polar tarafından yapılır; bankana göre birkaç iş günü sürebilir.

İadeden sonra

İade onaylanınca davetiye yayından kalkar ve linki çalışmaz.

İade yapılmayan durumlar

Fikir değiştirmek, etkinliğin iptal edilmesi ya da ertelenmesi (tarihi editörden değiştirebilirsin).
Yazım hatası gibi senin düzeltebileceğin içerik sorunları — yayından sonra da düzenleyebilirsin.
Kullanım koşullarının 4. ya da 5. maddesi nedeniyle yayından kaldırılan davetiyeler.

Refund policy

In short

appmodic Invite is a digital product: your invitation goes live as soon as payment is confirmed. That is why we do not offer refunds for change of mind. You can design and preview the whole invitation for free before paying, and you confirm this before checkout.

The one case we refund: technical problems

If your invitation does not work because of a problem on our side (e.g. it is not published after payment, the link does not open, guests cannot submit the RSVP form), write to us. If we cannot fix it within business days of your report, or before the event date (whichever comes first), we refund the full amount you paid.

How to report

Email us at from your order email with the invitation link and a short description, plus a screenshot if you have one. Polar refunds the card you paid with; depending on your bank this can take a few business days.

After a refund

Once the refund is approved, the invitation is unpublished and its link stops working.

No refund

Change of mind, or the event being cancelled or postponed (you can change the date in the editor).
Content issues you can fix yourself, such as typos — you can keep editing after publishing.
Invitations removed under section 4 or 5 of the terms of service.

This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
